While on maternity leave, Melissa, the brains behind Wild Dough, was frustrated with the limitations of the playdough available in the market.

She sought a solution that would not only entertain her toddler but also give her some respite with her newborn who constantly needed her attention. This personal mission sparked the creation of Wild Dough in late 2018, which swiftly grew into a global success story.
