Can I customise or create my own gift box?

Of course! Select the 'Create Your Own' and Add to Cart. Then navigate to All Products, or search by theme or age range, and add each item to your cart. Can't decide on what to include, or need some help? Please email thelittleloot@outlook.com, and we can provide you with recommendations.

 

Does my gift box come as pictured?

All our gift boxes are packed into a white gift box, filled with packing shred to keep products in place. Presented using a TLL sticker and postcard, and yellow ribbon tied around in a bow. The Little Loot does not take responsibility for items that may move during transit. 

 

Can I purchase items individually, without a gift box?

You bet! Simply add each item to your cart and check out as normal. Your items will be packaged up in tissue paper and sent to you. 

 

Can I add a note to my order?

Of course! We love being able to add your beautiful notes to your orders for the special Littley in your life. Just look for the 'Order Special Instructions' box on the Cart page. We hand write all notes ourselves to give each present that little personal touch. If you wish to add a note once you have placed an order, please email thelittleloot@outlook.com, quoting your order number, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. 

 

Are all products in stock?

We do our very best to keep our inventory up to date. If an order is received that we cannot fill, we will contact you to discuss a suitable alternative.

 

How long will shipping take? Can I track my order?

Each item is made to order and will be dispatched by the next business day. You have the choice of regular or express post and tracking emails will be sent from Australia Post to the email entered at the time of purchase. Free delivery in the Toowoomba/Highfields area is available, on select days (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays).

 

Do you ship internationally?

At this point, we only ship within Australia.

 

Do you accept refunds or returns?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us via email at thelittleloot@outlook.com, with a description of the complaint and photo evidence within 30 days of receiving your purchase. Further information regarding refunds and returns can be found in our Refund Policy.
